From Zorg NA, this is a new tailgate backup camera relocation kit. It's for use in situations where your truck's factory tailgate backup camera needs to be removed, such as when using slide-in campers or salt spreaders, or when using a 5th wheel hitch, or when the factory truck bed was removed & replaced with an aftermarket truck bed or utility body. And if you frequently pull a trailer, you can use this kit plus the appropriate extension cable(s) on your trailer in place of the factory tailgate camera.
Compatible with: 2019-2022 New Body Style Chevrolet Silverado / GMC Sierra 1500 & 2020-2023 Chevrolet Silverado / GMC Sierra 2500 & 3500 trucks originally equipped from the factory with an ANALOG tailgate-mounted backup camera system & 30 pin tailgate connector. Not for use on trucks with any of the digital backup camera options (RPO Codes DRZ, UVB, UVI, UVN, UVS, or UV2) - see the Compatibility Info tab for more info, nor for trucks with the analog upfitter camera prep package (RPO 5N5). Not for use on factory cab & chassis trucks.
This kit includes a 1 meter / 3-1/2' camera interface harness that connects directly the existing factory backup camera chassis connector under the rear of the truck plus your choice of a camera. Extension cables available in lengths of 2, 3-1/2, 10, 15 or 20 meters (6-1/2, 11-1/2, 33, 49, or 66 feet). Simply pick your desired camera from the available choices in the drop down list, optionally add a camera extension cable (or two if you need), and then proceed to check out. Most of the Zorg cameras incorporate a pre-attached 18" cable, so combined with the included 3-1/2' camera interface harness, you'll have right round 5 feet of cable to work with before adding any extension cables.
