Shipping & Order Processing
We ship items from our location using USPS. Small items are normally shipped via First
Class Parcel (Priority Mail optional).
Larger items are shipped Priority Mail with insurance. If you would like
your order shipped so that someone is required to sign for it, select the option
during checkout. Sorry, we do not offer express shipping options. Drop-shipped
items may be sent via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground at the discretion of our
distributor. International Shipments: Some
countries charge duties and/or taxes on shipments - these charges are the
responsibility of the buyer. All duties
and/or taxes are usually collected by the shipping company prior to final
delivery. All international shipments
are declared for their full value – no exceptions.
If an order is requested to be shipped to an address that does
not match the billing address, additional verification will be required before
processing your order. To avoid delays on shipping your order, be sure to
provide a valid phone number and an email address. In the event we are not able to contact you, your
order will be cancelled and refunded to your original method of payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order where
fraud is suspected.
Shipping timeframes: Items shipped from Bob's Automotive Mirrors & More, LLC generally ship within 3 business days of order placement, with most of them shipping out the following business day. Drop-shipped items generally ship within 5 business days. Should an item be on backorder, you will be notified promptly. Thank you for your understanding!
Returns
Contact us prior to returning an item. Oftentimes a technical issue with the product
can be resolved with a simple email or a replacement part. All returns and exchanges must first be
issued an RMA by Bob’s Automotive Mirrors & More, LLC. No returns will be accepted without a valid
RMA number. Shipping & insurance on
returns is the responsibility of the buyer; original shipping, insurance, and
other charges are not refundable.
Returns are subject to a minimum 5% restocking fee; drop-shipped items are
subject to a 20% restocking fee. We reserve
the right to deduct additional amounts for damaged or missing items. Items that have been installed or attempted to
have been installed are not returnable. We
do not accept returns on international orders.
