Has the glass in the factory mirror in your 2006-2010 Lexus IS developed black streaks & splotches or turned foggy? This is a very common issue with mirrors that were originally supplied by the Tokai Rika company to Lexus. Good news! We have several plug & play Gentex mirror replacements available for your vehicle!
You will receive a BRAND NEW Gentex auto dimming rear view mirror with vivid blue compass display, blue backlit buttons & Homelink® Version 5 along with our custom plug & play adapter harness making for a super easy installation! This kit is only for vehicles equipped with the factory 5 pin auto dimming mirrors made by Tokai Rika. Not for convertible models.
Optionally, you can add your choice of a long or short adjustable wire cover. The long cover adjusts from 4-3/8" minimum to 7-1/4" maximum with a channel that measures 3/8" x 3/8". The short cover adjusts from 2-1/2" minimum to 4" maximum with a channel that measures 3/16" x 3/8".
What's the difference between Homelink® Versions 4 and 5? Both versions are compatible with all openers, current & prior. Version 5 adds the garage door up/down indicators, a feature which will only work if you have a newer opener that has the ability to communicate this information to the mirror.
This mirror has Homelink® version 5 & should work with just about any Homelink® device, current or prior. For more information please click here for the Homelink® website.
HomeLink® consists of three buttons conveniently located on the mirror that can be programmed to operate garage doors, estate gates, security systems, home lighting and other radio-frequency controlled devices. HomeLink® and the HomeLink® House are registered trademarks of Gentex Corporation.
