From Rostra Accessories, this is a complete standalone backup camera solution for 2012-2019 Nissan NV Vans (regular van body only, not for cutaway/cab & chassis models).

The included combination 3rd brakelight/camera replaces the factory 3rd brakelight above the rear doors, giving it that "OEM" look. Camera angle is adjustable up & down, allowing you to fine tune its position. You can angle it up to see more of what's behind your vehicle, or you can angle it down to see closer to your vehicle - which is handy if you're backing up to a trailer.

This kit also includes Rostra's two input 7" LCD display that mounts to the windshield in place of a rear view mirror (great for vans without rear windows!) , as well as wiring & installation hardware & instructions.
