From Rostra Accessories, this is a backup camera mounted in a 3rd brakelight adapter housing for 2015-2018 Chevrolet City Express mini vans (not for the full size Express vans).

The factory 3rd brakelight lens will be reused after installation of the backup camera.

This listing is for the camera only, no display is included. If you need a kit with a display, we have them available paired with either a rearview mirror with camera display or a standalone 7" LCD display.
