This is a BRAND NEW Advent/Gentex FRAMELESS auto dimming rear view mirror with Homelink® Version 5 & green compass display that will fit the 2015-2026 Chevrolet Colorado & GMC Canyon trucks equipped with the factory auto dim-only or auto dim OnStar® mirror with 10 pin connector located on the the top or bottom of the mirror bracket & for these vehicles, it's a very simple PLUG & PLAY upgrade!!

This kit is not for vehicles equipped with plain mirrors or with mirrors with any type of forward facing camera or other safety device attached to the vehicle mirror bracket, nor for vehicles with the full display mirror option (RPO code DRZ). Please review the compatibility tab for more information on your vehicle before purchasing this kit. If your vehicle currently has the factory auto dim OnStar® mirror and you do not use this feature, you can replace your mirror without causing any issues with your vehicle or the OnStar® system.

This mirror is right around 10" wide, which is slightly smaller in size than a standard 10-1/2" mirror, as there is no black plastic frame surrounding the mirror frame. Please note that on vehicles that have a black plastic cover surrounding the mirror stem, some trimming of the opening in this cover may be required when installing this mirror.

Homelink® Version 5 - works with all openers, current and prior (yes, it's backward-compatible with older openers!)

Long neck stem - will even work on newer vehicles that have a black plastic shroud surrounding the mirror stem - no spacer needed!

Homelink® buttons are backlit in white, making them easy to locate in the dark, but not bright enough to be annoying.

IMPORTANT: On GM vehicles, because of how they are wired, Homelink® will only operate when the ignition is on.

OPTIONAL ITEMS (Add to your cart if needed):

- Long or short adjustable wire cover. The long cover adjusts from 4-3/8" minimum to 7-1/4" maximum with a channel that measures 3/8" x 3/8". The short cover adjusts from 2-1/2" minimum to 4" maximum with a channel that measures 3/16" x 3/8".

This mirror has Homelink® version 5 & should work with just about any Homelink® device, current or prior. For more information please click here for the Homelink® website.
