This is a brand new Gentex ADVGEN2A auto dimming rear view mirror that will fit most vehicles that have a standard wedge style of mount on the windshield.
Along with the mirror, you will receive a new installation kit comprised of the mirror wiring harness, zip ties, wire splices & universal installation instructions. Optionally you may add your choice of long or short wire cover, mirror spacer, and windshield mounting kit to your order.

This mirror is compatible with just about any vehicle that has a standard wedge style of mount on the windshield. Here's an example of what a "standard" wedge mount bracket looks like:
Some newer vehicles may require a spacer to bring the mirror further out from the windshield, particularly those vehicles that have various safety devices mounted on the windshield with a black cover over the devices. If the cover surrounds the stem of the mirror, this may prevent the mirror from being properly adjusted. This spacer will also help if the vehicle's mirror is too close to the headliner & will allow the mirror to be brought out & down from the windshield a bit. Here's a sample of the cover that is becoming commonplace on many newer vehicles:
